Sigma Expansion
I'm probably not talking to the masses here but, as its been reported, Ninja Gaiden Sigma for the PS3 will see some updates in the coming months - especially those of you with the Japanese version (I made sure I got the American version since I downloaded the American demo [cause if you finished the demo you get some special features as you start the game {man, that's a lot of brackets}]).
Updates include survival mode and time attack. How much they will cost, we'll soon find out if not later.
For me, I highly duobt I'll be downloading them anytime soon as it seems that I've been stuck with Oblivion the past few months and haven't really touched Ninja Gaiden Sigma. It's been weeks since I've bought it, but I have yet to try it.

GTA IV Delayed
Just another short update. It's too early in the morning and I'm still a bit tired. But I read this and wanted to share it with you guys. Grand Theft Auto IV has been delayed till 2nd quarter of 2008. Yes. Instead of its apparent October release, it's been moved months away to next year, done to polish the game.
GT5, Almost Too Real
Saw some latest GT5 screenshots at ThreeSpeech and they look almost too real. Check out the album section to see the screens I've uploaded.

Ten Worst-Selling Handhelds
Here's a list of 10 handhelds that didn't really share enough limelight with our beloved PSP and/or DS (that's up to your choosing fanboys). Just thought I'd share this and let you know that (if you did buy it or still have it) the handheld you have or had is now considered dead. At least to me.
PSP is nowhere close to being on the list:
- Gizmondo (<25,000>
- Zodiac (<200,000)
- Game.com (<300,000)
- Lynx (<500,000)
- Nomad (1 million)
- NEC Turbo Express (1.5 million)
- Neo-Geo Pocket (2 million)
- GBA Micro (2.5 million)
- N-Gage (3 million)
- Game Gear (11 million)

Be Legendary
Update:
Okay, the video's kinda big for this website. Looks like I still need to learn German. Here's a direct link to the original page at Game1.
PS: Or is it Dutch? Amsterdam's in the Netherlands right? Guess language isn't the only thing I need to improve.
Original:
It was a little bit hard at first to read which link on this german website, Game1, means embed to your website. But in the end, my brilliant mind saw "Video Op Jouw Website" - which I'm guessing means "upload view to your website". My german is a bit rough, but I got what I wanted in the end anyway.
It has been said that a Legendary Edition of Halo 3 exists out there but until now, it has only been a rumour. So here's a video and living proof of Halo 3 Legendary Edition shown at the Amsterdam Press meeting - in Amsterdam. Have fun.

10,000 Cars, One Game
Heard of Grand Turismo? This apparently almost perfect car sim that everyone (well almost) just adores since it first came out? Yeah, well, rumour has it (and by rumour I mean I read it off PS3 Fanboy Site) that GT5 will have 10,000 cars. Note, "will". Not during release.
Polyphony Digital (yes, those dudes who made this series) claimed that GT5 will feature 340 cars on release and will have more cars coming for your download pleasure. How many cars are there out there in this world? Chance is you'll get your car in this game finally. If not, you could always contact those Sony people to make one - or even create a petition for it.

Open Crashing
I love open environment in racing games. The freedom to choose your own path requires a lot more strategy than just a linear racing game. Plus, you get to have your own racing style. But, I never thought the Burnout series would go in that direction.
When it was first mentioned that Burnout Paradise would have an open city for your racing needs, I didn't think it was such a good idea. I loved the fact that you get to be racing in the same line of path with a group of cars and be able to push one car into another, creating massive destruction in the middle of the road leaving you untouched and in front. That, to me, was the appeal of Burnout racing. No other racing arcade racing games give me the same awesome feeling.
Then a fellow PSN user of PS3Attitude.com sent me this video via YouTube of Burnout Paradise gameplay vid by gamepro. Crashing your car in an open environment is fun. That is the new appeal. That will give me that new feeling. The freedom to crash anywhere, at whatever time of my choosing and especially at what ever place of my choosing. Imagine the unlimited crash creativity you'll have in your hands and be able to record it on video and upload it on YouTube for the world to see. Oohh~ the joy.
Here's the 6 minute video. Enjoy.
Dragons Delayed
It's a little bit sad, but true. The PlayStation Blog just informed us that Lair has been delayed due to some issues concerning the offline game that affects "key online features - such as leaderboards and medal systems". Instead of August 14th date, it is now set to be released on September 4th.
Personally, I don't mind this at all. I'm kinda broke this month. Yes, I know it's still the beginning of the month but I've got bills to pay and I'm still recovering from my marriage expenses. So, next month would be a sure bet that I'll pick it up when it arrives. This and Heavenly Sword. Woohoo!
PS: I seem to be getting a lot of hits from brugamers.net. Now which one of you readers go there?

4 Player Halo Co-op
I love multiplayer co-op in FPS. They make a dull campaign fun. Which was the only reason I played the main story of Halo 2 over and over. Co-op is fun. It's different from fragging each other in multiplayer. Which is why I'm so gonna love the up-coming Halo 3 as apparently, a 4-player co-op via link or xbox live will be available.
Not all will be playing as the big man, Master Chief. Apparently, Elites have become rather nice to humanity. They will serve as Master Chief's partner in co-op with an Arbiter as the second player and two newly created Elites as player 3 and 4. Oh how I miss Halo now.
Also, check out the music section for a Halo 3 theme if you haven't.

How Heavenly It Became
I love videos. They're better than screenshots. Hell, I download every single videos available on the PS-Store in HD just for the sake of viewing the glorious movement created by human - be it computer generated or not.
That aside, here's another video. This time of Heavenly Sword. I saw this on gametrailers and it shows the evolution of Heavenly Sword when it first debuted as an Xbox Exclusive. Not 360. But the big black and green machine of yore. And then, it moved to a bigger black machine, a better one.
The video is amazing. It shows how Heavenly Sword has changed - still the same environment and main character, but different designs - more detail added obviously, in every single part. Makes you realised how ugly those graphics we used to pray upon years ago compared to the HD glory we have today.
Also, did you know that Ninja Theory was once called Just Add Monsters? Those guys who made Kung Fu Chaos? Yeah, that was a fun game. Irritating at some parts, but fun most of the time. Those guys worked for Microsoft back then. Guess MS didn't like how Kung Fu Chaos turned out. The game didn't fare well.
Even Nariko herself has gone through a number of cosmetic changes. From black hair to red, a mole under her eye to ... wait, does she still have one currently? Plus, she looks more ethnic chinese now. The only unfortunate change is how the current Nariko has more skin covered compared to the 2005 Xbox exclusive version of her. Okay, I'm kidding. I love how she looks like now. Her clothing rocks! Really.
Anyway, I'll stop writing. Here's the video.
Region Free being Strangled
Hey, heard of that Stranglehold game by John Woo? Yeah, I'm not a big fan of it. I haven't been a big fan of Max Payne kinda games for awhile - since Max Payne 2 to be exact. Games like that seem kinda old already for me. Give me Oblivion, GTA, Burnout or Super Stardust HD kinda games anytime and I'll be glad to live with them.
Anyway, going back to Stranglehold, apparenlty the game will not be region free. Yes, it could be the first PS3 game that will have region lock. This is probably due to the extra content that will be coming with it - specifically the Hardboil. Like DVDs, movies have complicated licensing thus is why this game will not be region free.
I've got nothing to complain really. I've got a US PS3. Then again, I probably won't be getting my hands on this one. I want Heavenly Sword, Lair and Warhawk!
Speaking of Heavenly Sword, that demo was a blast! Extremely short though. But man, it really left me wanting more (especially since I've been playing it over and over again).
With 300 we dine
FOR TEHNYTE! WE DYNE! IN HELL!!!
Finally! 300 is released on blu-ray! This isn't really much of a gaming post but hey! The PS3 has blu-ray and I've been waiting for this. Just thought I'd share. Come on. I'm sure you guys love those 300 half naked men too don't you?
Okay, now to try and get my hands on one. The disc I mean. Not the men of course.
