Stranger on Xbox

I've never really played any of the oddworld games before Stranger's Wrath bt I can say this for sure, this fourth (am i right?) game from the oddworld universe is pretty damn fun and frustrating at the same time.

The world as you play through it is very fun to stay in. You play along at the same time looking around at the fantastic graphics and level designs. Every animation from the grass swaying to the live animals jumping around is smooth. That much is great and good enough to drool on. The gameplay is fun when you know how to. You just have to learn how to use the live ammo. Yes! LIVE ammo - u hunt for animals around you and use them as ammo. Pretty damn fun - squirrels are annoying btw.

But there are a number of things about this game I dont like - like how the game feels kind of repetitive at first - get mission, do it, come back for money kinda thing. Bt that is soon turned around in the later levels. Then there's the difficulty settings. The game doesn't feel so smooth in terms of this. Some times, it can be really easy, then all of a sudden, just as you are having fun blasting everything around you, it gets so damn hard that you die again and again - till you stop and think really hard for a strategy. Oh... and the main character, called Stranger, he's not that very friendly to you. You press one button, that's all you get for his interaction with other characters.... oh plus, character designs are limited - almost everybody looks the same...

but, this is one game you you cannot miss! Aside from its problems, I love this game to bits!
